Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card online from U.S. and Canadian customers or
money orders and checks by mail. Please note that orders sent with checks will not be shipped until
the check clears (up to 2 weeks). We cannot accept COD orders or cash payments through the mail. We
do accept International orders, but payment must be made by bank wire transfer.
Please note: your purchase will appear on your credit card statement under
the name 2CO.COM. We use 2Checkout, Inc. as our payment processor, however your products will
be shipped directly from Two Rivers Soap Company.
Sales Tax
Iowa customers will be charged 6% sales tax.
Shipping
Free Shipping is included with all retail orders over $50. This offer is good in the
United States only and orders are shipped using our choice of shipping method. Your package will be
shipped using either USPS Priority Mail or UPS. U.S. Orders under $50 have a $5.00 flat fee shipping
rate. (These policies apply to retail orders only-for wholesale orders, see our wholesale page) For
Canadian orders, we will use USPS’s Airmail Parcel Post option. Please contact us for information
on shipping to other countries.
Des Moines Area Customers: If you’re in the Des Moines area you can pick up your order
at the downtown Des Moines Farmer’s market, Saturdays 7-12, May-October. Just call or email two
days in advance so there will be time to prepare your order.
Lead Time
Many of our products are made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days to ship your
order.
Out of Stock Items
Every effort is made to keep all of our products in stock at all times. Out of stock
items will be noted on the web site with an anticipated arrival date. Occasionally we run out of an
item before the web site can be updated. When that happens, you will be notified by either email or
telephone. You will be able to substitute a product or wait until the item becomes available. Please
note: extra shipping charges may occur if you decide to have a partial order shipped.
Free Samples
We give out free soap samples with every paid order. If you would like to have a sample
of a particular soap, please note that in the comments section of our shopping cart and we’ll try to
accommodate you.
Return Policy
We are unable to accept returns due to the nature of our products. However, if your
package is damaged upon arrival, do not accept it, or if not possible, save all of the packaging
materials and contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace any broken or damaged goods.
Privacy Statement
We value the privacy of our customers and will never sell your name, email address,
credit card or other transaction information. Our shopping cart is protected by the highest level of
Secure Socket Layers (SSL), insuring that the information you provide to us stays confidential and
safe.
